Attended a Christmas Party Evening with friends. Event space was excellently setup and decorated very well. Food was fantastic, with the full turkey christmas dinner reminding me of a lovely home cooked meal - despite being served to a large group. The party entertainment was great fun, with the dance floor busy all night. All in all an excellent evening celebrating with friends.

Absolutely the best! The staff will whisk you away in five-star service from the second you arrive. The rooms are lush and roomy...the bar area is fabulous, intimate, warm yet professional with many business people, locals and a few tourists thrown in. The FOOD and servers are the most exceptional I've experienced. Everything is beyond clean and the grounds are gorgeous. They even have face-cloths in the bath! There's nothing like this anywhere else. Don't miss it!

It made us fall in love with Scotland ! Pampered us and made us feel so much at home , that we may fly all the way back again from the US just to see the parts of Scotland that we missed on our quick 5 days stay !
An absolute treasure of a hotel, a family run business with absolute dedication and an abundance of exemplary team members. As a former hotel managing director of leading hotels, I would’ve been blessed with this fabulous team, special mentions for some hidden heroes are Hazel on the front desk, Who looked after all our special requests, and a wonderful restaurant supervisor anji Who was everywhere from the restaurant to the banqueting Rooms,. I attended a wedding in which we had spent two days at the hotel and from start to finish it was handled in a professional, warm and dedicated fashion. This is the second time we have stayed at this wonderful hotel, previously last year it was for a Christening, the same service personnel welcomed us with the same enthusiasm and warmth. 10 out of 10 and we are looking for an excuse to revisit. A lovely gem of a place in a quiet residential part of Dunfermline, just 15 minutes from the city station. The hotel restaurant is arguably the best in the city as it is booked and busy, yet is still a haven of serenity and gentility. The service is excellent, the food is outstanding , the overall vibe is very Downton Abbey. The garden and outdoor seating is lovely, I shall return.
